Initial Conversation

We begin with a short discussion to understand:

Market Research & Discovery

Before creative planning begins, we take time to understand your business, audience, and goals. This may include:

Reviewing your brand and previous campaigns
Understanding your target audience and ideal platforms
Identifying opportunities for measurable outcomes, such as engagement, leads, or conversions

This ensures your video isn’t just visually compelling — it’s designed to achieve results.

Contract (New Clients)

For new clients, we provide a simple contract / terms of engagement covering:

Payment terms
Usage rights
Cancellations and rescheduling
Liability and responsibilities

This agreement only needs to be completed once.

Pre-Production & Planning

Once aligned, we support the project through a focused pre-production phase, which may include:

Creative direction and concept development
Story structure and messaging alignment
Shot lists, schedules, and run sheets
Location, talent, and logistics planning

This stage ensures everyone is prepared before filming begins.

Scope of Work (Every Project)

For each project, we supply a detailed Scope of Work outlining:

Project deliverables
Filming days and locations
Editing inclusions
Number of revisions
Project timeline

Once approved, this document becomes the reference point for the project.

Approval to Proceed

Production begins once:

The contract is agreed (for new clients), and
The Scope of Work is approved (email confirmation is sufficient)

Production

Our team manages filming in line with the approved plan, bringing an organised, solutions-focused approach to every shoot.
Clients can expect a professional, efficient set and clear communication throughout the production phase.

Post-Production & Revisions

Editing is completed according to the agreed Scope of Work and includes:

Structured feedback and revision rounds
Clear guidance on how to provide notes
Defined turnaround times for updates

Any changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before proceeding.

Delivery & Invoicing

Final deliverables are supplied as outlined in the Scope of Work.
Invoicing is handled according to the agreed terms.
